Don't worry

Someone spoke up for the kiddies via text msg. Well, I'm saving the music before I send it, so they'll get it no matter what. So don't be bashful. The next batch is going out (the first hasn't been mailed, despite getting driven to Alabama, and should be tomorrow) to PA this weekend, in person:

The Fall: Words of Expectation, BBC Sessions. Appropriate for this guy, since I bought these discs after hearing this driving in the ol' truck on the way to see Gov't Mule in NYC the day before the slightly botched but still fun Field Day festival with him. Some genuine rock here.

John Coltrane Quartet (with McCoy Tyner, Jimmy Garrison & Elvin Jones): Ballads. Jazz music good. Double your pleasure.

Thelonious Monk: Live At The Jazz Workshop. Whew. Nobody plays like Monk. I bought these on a Midwest road trip I had to take by myself for work.

Dorothy Ashby: Afro-Harping. A random find a few years back that I've heard in only one other collection which is a shame because this is good stuff.

Thievery Corporation: The Richest Man in Babylon. DC's finest. I'll miss this place.
